I’m hoping I’ve listed enough variety in terms of types of names you can go with if you’re looking to name a female orc that you’ll leave this page knowing exactly what you’re going to call her.
Whether you’re looking for a more traditional / orc styled name or would rather something more cool, fun, or even funny sounding for a username for a female orc in a video game for example, I’m hoping I’ve given you enough variety in terms of types of ideas that you’ll be able to pull off finding a name, even if it’s not an exact one I’ve listed here.

Names like “Garona,” “Zogara,” “Aggra,” and “Urzula” are popular recommendations when it comes to female orc names. If you’re looking for a variation of them, keep in mind that using hard constants and having a lot of g’s, z’s, as well a name that ends in the letter “a” will typically help you divert from the more popular recommendations, but still look and sound like a natural female orc name.
There are a lot of names you can pull from popular sources – like Warcraft or Dungeons and Dragons – and some of these include names like “Griselda,” “Shurra,” “Korga,” and “Thragga.” I’ve done my best to list as many of these as possible so you get a good idea, or hopefully even find the perfect name in the mix.
If you don’t care about the name being accurate, and love Greek and Celtic, as well as other types of mythology, names like “Lamia,” “Charybdis,” “Megaera,” and “Alecta” are great options. You can always make them sound more orc like by switching the last letter to an “a” for names as well.
Funny puns on popular culture figures and celebrities like “Lady Gorga,” “Beyon-Slay,” “Selena Gore-mez,” and “Cardi Brawlie” are entertaining options if you’re looking to name a video game character and want a humorous username. I’m sure you can come up with a lot more than the ones I’ve listed here, so let me know if you do come up with some more what they are in the comments section down below, would love to hear your thoughts!
“Zara,” “Kora,” “Runa,” and “Bria” may not be traditional sounding names for female orcs, but these cute, short, options might work if you’re looking for something that sounds a little orcish, but very pretty and sweet nonethless.
Medium length names like “Grakka,” “Zogga,” “Thraza,” and “Hargra” fit the bill a lot better with regards to sounding accurate, and again, I’ve tried to list as many variants of these as possible so you get a good overall idea and can think up more if you want/need to.
“Dravessara,” “Thorgalina,” “Vragalyn,” and “Kravessia” are some examples of names that fit the bill pretty well if you prefer longer, more poetic and dramatic sounding names for your female orc. There are plenty more you can come up with like these, so if these types of names are up your alley, you’ll definitely be able to come up with something unique if that’s what you’re after.

“Beefcake,” “Meatball,” “Butterball,” and “Porkchop” are all funny food themed names, and I’ve got a variety more to pick and choose from if that’s the kind of entertaining name you’re after for your female orc.
“Thump,” “Smash,” “Headbutt,” and “Whack” are entertaining dictionary word names that make for great funny female orc usernames as well.
“Riot,” “Rampage,” “Chieftain,” and “Ravager” are more cool sounding dictionary word names or nicknames for female orcs that I think work out perfectly as usernames for female orc characters in video games. You can also combine cool sounding words to make names like “Skullcrusher” and these work exceptionally well, especially if you have to come up with a unique name and most names have already been taken.
Would love to know what type of female orc you came to this post looking to name, and if you have any recommendations that should have made it into this article. Please take a moment to leave your thoughts down below as I’d love to hear them!
